Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the overall brand strategy in alignment with company goals
- Collaborates closely with the Business Development team to strengthen brand positioning in the marketplace
- Oversees the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, materials, and campaigns
- Manages all digital platforms, primarily the company website and social media handles
- Creates and curates engaging, relevant content tailored to target audiences across platforms
- Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of the company s presence at key industry events, ensuring optimal brand visibility and customer engagement both onsite and online
- Ensures all brand-related activities are:
- Well-coordinated across internal teams and business leaders,
- Delivered on schedule,
- Executed within budget.
- Drafts and distributes press releases to strategically selected media outlets, enhancing external brand visibility
- Manages external agencies to support functions that cannot be handled internally, ensuring quality and alignment with brand objectives
- Tracks and analyzes performance data, reporting against defined objectives and KPIs to assess the success and impact of branding efforts
Skills/Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing or Advertising
- 4 6 years of marketing and communications experience, with a strong background in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital
- A creative mindset grounded in strategic thinking, with a focus on innovation that aligns with business objectives and brand integrity
- An analytical, customer-centric mindset with a strong ability to leverage data and research to drive actionable insights and outcomes
- A proactive approach with a strong bias for action, comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage time independently, stay on top of tasks, and make informed prioritization decisions
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to craft compelling narratives across written and spoken formats
- Collaborative and people-oriented, energized by teamwork and building strong working relationships across functions
