About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a young graduate eager to build a career in a fast-paced international environment, with significant potential for growth.

You ll work closely with the Marketing and Operations Manager, assisting with follow-ups, coordination, campaign support, and administrative tasks that ensure our global operations and branding run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and operational initiatives
• Coordinate internal follow-ups and maintain communication logs
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and internal documentation
• Help manage supplier and partner interactions under supervision
• Prepare materials and reports for meetings and presentations
• Conduct market research and assist with event or campaign planning
• Ensure consistency in brand presentation across platforms
• Work on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Marketing & Operations Manager
  
  

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing or Business Management or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or CRM tools is a plus
• Interest in the luxury, design, or maritime industry is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
