Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain daily attendance reports for all employees.
  • Track and report overtime hours accurately.
  • Manage visa applications through the 360 Portal.
  • Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure real-time updates to the employee master database.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HRMS/SAP systems (added advantage)

- Date entry Exp. handling attendance, overtime tracking, and employee records.

- Strong attention to detail and Documentation skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- Flexible and proactive approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
