Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To develop and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors and partners
- Participate in defining the pricing policy and product positioning
- Monitor sales performance indicators and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards
- Coordinate with the various departments (production, regulatory affairs, finance, supply chain) to guarantee product availability and marketing
- Identify opportunities for developing and diversifying the product portfolio
- To ensure ongoing strategic and competitive monitoring
- Strong ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Mastery of negotiation techniques, communication and business strategy
- Analytical, planning and strategic decision-making skills
- Ability to manage product development and launch projects
- Strong leadership skills, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Good mastery of performance reporting and analysis tools
- Proficiency in French and professional English is desired.

- Analyze the pharmaceutical market, trends and competitive activities

- Advanced degree in pharmacy, medicine, marketing, commerce, management or equivalent discipline
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in marketing, sales or business development roles.
