Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with specific customer segments, driving engagement and conversions.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings and positioning, ensuring alignment with consumer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling sales presentations and promotional materials that effectively communicate value propositions.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mass Media & Communication , currently pursuing an MBA degree in International Business is a plus for strategic insights and leadership
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing and Sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing or sales
Experience within the specific industry like into aviation industry for a year and worked for indian health-tech brand offering personalized, doctor-backed hair loss solutions that combine Ayurveda, dermatology, and nutrition (Traya) dynamics and customer needs.
