Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:


Assist in market research, collect and organize market dynamics, competitor information, and customer demand data in the Middle East region, and regularly write market research reports to provide a basis for the company's market strategy formulation;

Participate in the planning and execution of the company's marketing activities in the Middle East, including exhibition preparation, customer promotion activities, and online and offline publicity, to ensure the smooth operation of the activities and the achievement of expected goals;

Responsible for customer relationship management, assisting in maintaining existing customer relationships, following up on customer needs, providing timely feedback on customer opinions, and promoting improved customer satisfaction and deeper business cooperation;

Assist the Marketing Manager in developing marketing plans, executing brand promotion activities, and enhancing the company's brand awareness and market influence in the Middle East region;

Handle the daily affairs of the marketing department, including document organization, data statistics, meeting arrangement, etc., to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

Job requirements:


Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields;

1-3 years of marketing-related work experience, with overseas market experience preferred;

Possesses strong market analysis, event planning, and communication skills; capable of independently completing market research reports and marketing campaign plans.

Proficient in using office software and possesses some data analysis skills;

Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) and able to communicate using it as a working language; strong teamwork spirit; meticulous and responsible; preference will be given to candidates with experience working in the Middle East or with a good command of Arabic.

Possesses strong learning and adaptability skills, is proactive and responsible, and can adapt to a fast-paced work environment and business travel arrangements.
