Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant based in Riyadh to join our growing team. This role will work closely with our Marketing Manager, supporting on a wide range of marketing activities across the business. It s a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone creative, organised, and eager to grow in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in planning and delivering marketing campaigns across Operations, Health & Safety, and Training.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok).
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Help maintain and update website content (training courses, blogs, case studies, careers).
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and RFP documents.
  • Assist in producing videos, graphics, and other creative assets.
  • Repurpose longer-form content (case studies, blogs, training updates) into bite-size social posts.
  • Help monitor campaign performance and compile reports.
  • Carry out general marketing administration and support tasks as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in a marketing related role
  • A marketing related qualification
  • A strong interest in marketing, communications, or digital media.
  • Creative skills in graphic design (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
  • Confident with social media platforms and video editing tools.
  • Experience using Mailchimp for email campaigns and automation.
  • Good copywriting and attention to detail.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to support multiple projects at once.
