Roles & Responsibilities

Roche Algeria is looking for a talented person who will provide flexible support to identified brands within the Primary Points of Contact team. This includes working on projects, handling brand-related administrative tasks, and providing support during the brand planning cycle. The role will be dynamic, with cross-functional responsibilities and interactions with various stakeholders such as Healthcare System Partners, Customer Engagement colleagues, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Government Affairs.

Your opportunity:

As Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the Primary Points of Contact (PPOC) Team and support them in various tasks including, but not limited to:

  • You will collaborate with all Squads to understand their needs and prioritize based on a clear marketing strategy.

  • You will participate in the follow-up of approval or renewal of field materials.

  • You will managing the material order system, including monitoring inventory and reordering when necessary.

  • You will create and input event details into the event management system (EMS) on behalf of the Primary Points of Contact Team.

  • You will liaise with PPOCs and the Medical team to initiate and execute agreements with external stakeholders.

  • You will Keep the marketing calendar up to date with marketing programs and product-linked activities, and communicate this information to patient-support team members.

  • You will assist in planning, coordinating, and following up on marketing meetings and strategic planning meetings.

  • You will ensure that the materials produced are well understood by the team and healthcare professionals by conducting material trainings, role plays, and collecting insights from Patient Journey Partners (PJPs).

Furthermore, you will be involved in brand projects, which include:

  • Working with agencies on defined projects.

  • Developing booths and banners for conferences or for use by field personnel.

  • Creating and implementing internal brand campaigns, such as lunch & learns, internal launches, and Town Halls.

You will provide administrative support for various meetings of the Primary Points of Contact Team, including brand planning meetings, National Conference, ongoing team meetings, and external meetings such as commercial consultancy/advisory boards. This support includes:

  • Building preliminary agendas in consultation with key stakeholders.

  • Presenting select materials to key stakeholders. Assisting with the development and implementation of internal workshops.

  • Creating customer interaction templates for external conferences and similar activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

You have a Marketing degree or MBA

  • You understand the complete cycle of product strategy, including setting, vetting, communicating, implementing, measuring, and you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field.
  • You demonstrate basic analytical skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You have a strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have the Willingness to speak publicly.
  • You are a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • You adapt to a dynamic and often ambiguous context.
  • You having the ability to work independently as well as in teams.
  • You show interest and aptitude for both a "people-oriented and technical environment," including interactions with customers and suppliers.
