Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Deploy 70+ weekly Email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns via Oracle Eloqua; segment audiences and run A/B tests to boost engagement.
Web & Lead Capture: Create forms and landing pages; track all digital touchpoints for accurate marketing ROI.
Automation & Journeys: Build “Always-On” nurture flows and optimize workflows to reduce manual effort.
QA & Governance: Ensure zero-error campaigns, monitor deliverability, and maintain compliance.
Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign performance, manage unsubscribes/bounces, and maintain a healthy marketing database.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–5 years in a dedicated Marketing Automation role (Agency or High-Volume Corporate environment preferred).
Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (highly preferred), Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Languages: Basic HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting and landing page tweaks.
Data Savvy: Strong understanding of Excel for data cleaning and list management.
Multi-Channel: Experience with WhatsApp Business API and SMS gateway integrations.
