Job Title: Marketing Automation Executive


Description:

As a Marketing Automation Executive at CFI, you will be pivotal in refining our clients journey, leveraging marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your role will focus on the strategic use of automation and customer engagement technology to deliver personalized client experiences, driving loyalty and contributing to our business growth.


Requirements:

  • Experience with multichannel marketing automation for promotional plus transactional communications and customer engagement using HubSpot and Braze platforms.
  • Concrete understanding of customer data events schema, identifying improvements and resolving errors with cross-functional collaboration with technical development and product teams.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with automated reporting analytics using PowerBI, Amplitude or similar, and lead generation via performance marketing ads integration with CRM systems using LeadsBridge platform or similar.
  • Previous experience working with online trading platforms and/or cryptocurrency exchanges.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategize and Implement Marketing Automation:

  • Design and execute marketing automation strategies using advanced customer engagement platforms.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor automated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our firms goals.
  • Optimize journey-campaign performance to achieve efficiency and strong ROI.
  • Execute Customer Journey:
  • Analyse and optimize the post-acquisition customer journey for our users and clients.
  • Create targeted communication flows to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure an integrated customer experience.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics to assess campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Apply data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer journeys.
  • Regularly report on strategy performance to marketing automation manager.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Liaise with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align on messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for smooth integration and management of automation tools.
  • Innovation and Industry Compliance:
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in marketing automation and financial services marketing.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, customer engagement and lifecycle marketing, preferably in the online trading sector and/or centralized cryptocurrency exchanges, or financial services platforms.
  • Proficient in using customer engagement and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
