Roles & Responsibilities

Alkawass for Touristic & Food Projects is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for business expansion in the food and hospitality industry.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the F&B sector.
- Manage the brand s online presence, including social media content, photography, and overall digital image.
- Oversee and analyze marketing and sales reports to guide future strategies.
- Coordinate with operations and culinary teams for new menu launches and seasonal promotions.
- Identify and pursue business growth opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to stay ahead.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance brand awareness and sales.
