Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Development of the digital marketing strategy:
- Develop the digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives (increasing visibility, generating leads, building customer loyalty, etc.)
- Choose digital channels adapted to the company's target (SEO, SEM, social networks, email marketing, etc.)
Management of online advertising campaigns:
- Create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust budgets and strategies to improve results.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Implement and monitor actions to improve the website's positioning on search engines (on-page and off-page SEO).
- Perform regular SEO audits and optimize site content (blog articles, product pages, etc.)
Social media management:
- Develop the company's presence on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create and publish engaging content to stimulate community interaction and increase audience reach.
- Manage interactions and respond to user questions or comments.
Managing email marketing campaigns:
- Create and manage email campaigns to promote company products or services, inform customers or prospects, and generate conversions.
- Analyze open, click-through, and engagement rates to optimize future campaigns.
Performance analysis:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track performance and produce detailed reports.
Competitive monitoring and digital trends:
- Ensure constant monitoring of digital market trends and competitor strategies.
- Identify new opportunities to improve the performance of marketing actions.
Collaboration with other departments:
- Work with sales, creative and development teams to ensure consistency of marketing actions and brand messages.
- Participate in content creation, promotions and marketing events.
- Exp rience: 3 ans minimum.
- Formation: Marketing / Communications.
- Languages: French / English.
