Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Strong agency management experience, including collaboration with PR firms and social media agencies to maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Experience managing brand consistency across multiple operating companies or business units, ensuring cohesive brand guidelines while respecting local market nuances.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and demonstrates the agility to position a pan-African telecommunications brand on the global stage. They are naturally collaborative, with a talent for influencing cross-functional stakeholders and simplifying complex technical offerings into clear, engaging narratives.
They will play a key role in building Telecel Group s reputation as a leader in digital transformation beyond African borders, balancing leadership with active involvement in campaign development and execution.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s preferred).
Experience:
- 5 7 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in telecom, technology, or digital sectors.
Skills:
- Proven ability to manage external agencies and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
- Strong content development skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with cultural adaptability and entrepreneurial mindset.
Languages:
- Fluency in English and Arabic required; French is a plus.
