Roles & Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Media Mix
- Full-Funnel Execution: Design and execute a multi-channel lead-generation strategy across Paid and Organic channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Email).
- Maximize Established Assets: Scale our successful OOH Pulse series, evolving it from a social media asset into a multi-channel engine (Newsletter/Blog) that drives measurable business growth.
- Lead Tracking & ROI: Ensure every marketing dollar is tracked, managing the flow of leads directly into Zoho CRM to support the sales pipeline.
PR Management & Strategic Initiatives
- The State of OOH: Own the launch and maximization of our signature annual report an industry staple featured by CNN Arabic, Bloomberg Asharq, and Enterprise.
- Agency Stewardship: Act as the strategic lead for our PR agency, providing the data hooks and insights they need to secure top-tier media coverage.
- Innovation: Proactively identify and launch new data-driven initiatives to keep AdMazad at the center of the industry conversation.
Digital Management & Brand Guardianship
- Website Ownership: Full technical and content management of the WordPress site, ensuring it is optimized for SEO, speed, and conversion.
- Brand Integrity: Ensure every touchpoint from LinkedIn posts to board-level presentations reflects our premium, data-led identity.
- Creative Execution: Produce high-quality visual and written assets (using Canva, AI tools, and professional copywriting) that simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 3 5 years in B2B marketing. You understand that growth is built on logic, data, and long-term trust.
Technical Stack: Hands-on proficiency in Zoho CRM, WordPress, Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
Communication: Native-level professional English. You must write with the authority required to influence global executives.
Mindset: You are a self-starter who values doing over delegating.
