Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for all marketing, branding, and communication activities across UCE, overseeing campaigns for branches. Ensure alignment with institutional goals, brand positioning, and student recruitment strategies.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing and communications strategy.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team.
  • Manage brand identity, digital channels, creative content, PR, and events.
  • Ensure integration of campaigns with recruitment and admissions targets.
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (brand awareness, conversion rates, engagement).
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and vendor partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master s preferred).
  • 8+ years experience in higher education or corporate marketing.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, and brand strategy.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
