As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that drive brand awareness, engage customers, and support business growth.Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goalsLead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, and email campaignsOversee content creation and distribution across various channels to ensure consistent brand messagingManage the company's online presence and reputation through proactive engagement and monitoringAnalyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing materials and communicationsPlan and coordinate events, press releases, and public relations activitiesManage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partnersLead and guide the marketing team.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing strategiesDevelop and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial roleProven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and communications strategiesStrong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketingExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platformsExperience with marketing automation and CRM systemsStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to think strategically and analyticallyCreative problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-makingExperience in brand management and public relationsFamiliarity with the UAE market and cultural sensitivities is a plusAdditional InformationAt Accor, we are committed to diversity.
