Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will support the General Manager in translating 3A s services and differentiators into clear messaging and customer-facing communication.

  • Produce high-quality marketing outputs: LinkedIn content drafts, short articles, service one-pagers, company profile sections, presentations, proposal text, and case study drafts.
  • Conduct market and competitor research and summarize insights into actionable notes (industries, customer needs, offers, trends).
  • Help maintain 3A s online presence (website content updates, social media hygiene, consistent tone and branding).
  • Coordinate with freelancers/vendors (design, video, printing) when needed prepare briefs, follow up on deadlines, and ensure quality under GM review.
  • Track basic weekly KPIs and prepare simple performance summaries (content output, engagement, lead sources if available).
  • Support internal communication needs (announcements, event communication, partner-facing updates) when required.

Growth Path (Later)

  • Gradually take ownership of specific channels/projects (content system, lead generation initiatives, events support) with clear KPIs.
  • Help document templates and workflows (SOPs) so the marketing function becomes scalable.
  • Progress into a Marketing Manager role as the department expands.

Success Indicators (First 60 90 Days)

  • Consistent weekly delivery of high-quality content and sales/marketing assets.
  • Noticeable improvement in brand clarity and message consistency across materials.
  • Research-driven suggestions that translate into practical actions.
  • Reliable coordination with vendors and on-time delivery of marketing outputs.
  • Clear weekly reporting rhythm and structured execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

2 4 years of experience in marketing / communications (B2B experience preferred).

  • Strong writing and communication skills (English required).
  • Ability to think strategically and organize priorities but also execute with speed and discipline.
  • Comfortable producing real deliverables weekly (not only ideas).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and performance tracking is a plus.
  • Portfolio/examples of work (content, decks, one-pagers, campaigns, case studies, etc.).
