Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional plans across all platforms

Manage and organize content calendars for all company pages

Schedule and publish social media posts and daily stories

Shoot and edit simple content (Reels / Stories / In-store videos) especially for promotions and activations

Reply to customer inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms in a professional manner

Coordinate with the graphic design and video teams for all visuals and campaigns

Follow up with internal departments and branches for marketing materials and requests

Assist in product launches, campaign rollouts, and seasonal promotions

Monitor online campaigns and provide basic performance reports

Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and suggest creative ideas

Support website content updates and simple maintenance follow-ups

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and organizational skills

High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & digital marketing is a plus

Creative mindset and proactive attitude

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

Team player with strong follow-up skills

Passion for marketing and brand communication
