Marketing Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional plans across all platforms
• Manage and organize content calendars for all company pages
• Schedule and publish social media posts and daily stories
• Shoot and edit simple content (Reels / Stories / In-store videos) especially for promotions and activations
• Reply to customer inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms in a professional manner
• Coordinate with the graphic design and video teams for all visuals and campaigns
• Follow up with internal departments and branches for marketing materials and requests
• Assist in product launches, campaign rollouts, and seasonal promotions
• Monitor online campaigns and provide basic performance reports
• Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and suggest creative ideas
• Support website content updates and simple maintenance follow-ups

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & digital marketing is a plus
• Creative mindset and proactive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
• Team player with strong follow-up skills
