Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives
- Set up marketing campaigns and compile detailed performance reports
- Organize and manage events and business trip logistics
- Source and manage point-of-sale (POS) materials
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly communications (mainly via WhatsApp)
- Oversee digital content management and optimization
- Monitor marketing budgets and generate regular reports
- Coordinate dealer branding projects from inception to implementation
- Handle supplier contribution sign-off workflows
- Respond efficiently to ad hoc marketing requests
- Manage event activations ensuring brand consistency
- Supervise partner content creation and its distribution channels
- UAE National (mandatory)
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in using marketing tools and digital platforms
- Experience in event planning and vendor coordination
- Budget tracking and performance reporting skills
- Proven capability to manage branding and POS material sourcing
- Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills
- Team player willing to collaborate and adapt
- Familiarity with campaign analytics and digital content optimization tools
- Experience with multi-channel communications planning (including WhatsApp, email, and social platforms)
- Prior involvement with dealer/partner branding projects
- Previous exposure to supplier negotiation and content sign-off processes
- Basic knowledge of creative content production
