Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy & Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate all marketing activities across digital, print, and offline platforms.

  • Support management in developing marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.


End-to-End Marketing Execution

  • Manage complete marketing cycle including campaign planning, content creation, execution, and performance tracking.

  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, printers, and vendors for marketing materials.

  • Prepare brochures, catalogs, presentations, product profiles, and promotional content.


Exhibitions & International Events Management

  • Coordinate company participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events across different countries.

  • Handle end-to-end event planning including booth setup, marketing collateral, logistics coordination, and follow-up activities.

  • Support in representing the company professionally during exhibitions and client interactions.


Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage and update company website, social media platforms, and online marketing channels.

  • Plan campaigns for lead generation, product awareness, and brand positioning.

  • Track engagement, performance metrics, and provide improvement recommendations.


Business Growth & New Marketing Ideas

  • Bring innovative and creative ideas to expand marketing reach and improve customer engagement.

  • Identify new opportunities in target markets to strengthen brand visibility.

  • Support sales team with marketing-driven leads and promotional strategies.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

  • Provide insights to management for strategic marketing and expansion decisions.


360° Marketing Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies (online & offline).

  • Plan and implement campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand awareness.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing initiatives.

  • Track campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.


Google SEO & Website Optimization

  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies.

  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines.

  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities.

  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.

  • Improve organic traffic, search rankings, and lead generation.


Content Writing & Marketing

  • Create high-quality content for website, blogs, email marketing, and marketing materials.

  • Develop engaging and SEO-friendly articles and product descriptions.

  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.


Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and manage social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

  • Create engaging posts, captions, creatives, and campaigns.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

  • Monitor engagement, analyze insights, and optimize performance.

  • Grow social media presence and build online community engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

  • Strong experience managing marketing activities end-to-end.

  • Exposure to international exhibitions, trade shows, and B2B marketing is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (Canva, Adobe basics, CRM platforms is an advantage).

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
