Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator will be involved in planning, developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our brands. This includes admin tasks, 360 social media management, advertising online & offline, overlooking public relations and more.

  • Support the Marketing Manager in achieving the company s marketing goals and objectives.
  • Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement monthly social media calendars and boost campaigns.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials (menus, flyers, brochures, business cards, etc.) with printers and suppliers.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing projects, activations, and promotional events.
  • Liaise with the PR agency to secure media coverage, influencer collaborations, and maintain updated online listings.
  • Create and update content for websites and ensure information is accurate across all platforms.
  • Prepare and submit monthly marketing and social media performance reports.
  • Research market trends and monitor competitor activities to stay updated with industry movements.
  • Maintain and organize all marketing folders, files, and collateral (online and offline).
  • Communicate marketing initiatives and updates across departments.
  • Support new brand integrations and marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between Rixos and Sunset on marketing and communication matters.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree in fields related to Marketing, Communication and Business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience working in the leisure, tourism or hospitality industry
  • Excellent spoken and written English Arabic is a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Very strong social media skills & familiar with ads/business manager
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Creative
  • Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions
  • Highly cooperative team spirit
