Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Entering data, press and influencers bookings, accounts, contacts.
- Processing vendor / supplier s payment.
- Conduct site inspections for clients and assist with media hosting process
In partnership with DOMC, you will coordinate and oversees photo- and video shoots to ensure all visual assets are in line with the DC brand standards.
Preparing internal meeting presentations.
Coordinates projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates.
Working closely with all hotel departments to deliver excellent services to our guests set a positive example within departments.
As a member of the team, act as a role model for all standards of operation, achieve outlined target goals and maintain standards to the highest level.
To convert cross-selling opportunities into the wider Dorchester Collection portfolio.

Desired Candidate Profile
Well informed of market trends and user behaviors, including leading marketing strategies unique to this category and evaluating the competition's marketing communications activities and implements change as dictated by market requirements.
Well organized and priority focused. You know our hotels and are our brand ambassador.
Ability to work under own initiative and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Very creative & ideally can create content on phone and camera.
Pro-active and inquisitive mind set to develop problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution and strategic thinking skills.
Perfectionist with eye for detail comfortable with all social environments.
Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Proficiency in French and/or Arabic is an advantage.
