Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support cross-functional marketing efforts across multiple DTC brands, with a strong focus on email marketing, content execution, and campaign coordination. This role will work closely with senior marketing leadership and brand teams to execute high-performing campaigns, manage content calendars, and support social media, influencer initiatives, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Write, design, and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with each brand s tone, objectives, and promotional calendar

  • Build responsive email templates optimized for desktop and mobile

  • Manage segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement metrics

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and optimizing future campaigns

  • Ensure compliance with email regulations and deliverability best practices

  • Maintain and update the email content calendar in collaboration with Brand Managers

Content & Brand Coordination

  • Collaborate with brand teams and designers to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity

  • Design campaign graphics using Canva and Adobe Suite

  • Stay updated on email marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices

Community Management & Social Media

  • Manage day-to-day engagement across social media platforms

  • Respond to DMs, comments, and community inquiries while maintaining a consistent brand voice

Influencer & UGC Coordination

  • Identify and reach out to UGC creators and micro-influencers

  • Manage onboarding, contracting, and coordination for content partnerships

  • Support whitelisting setup where needed

Marketing Operations & Support

  • Support campaign execution and brand initiatives alongside marketing leadership

  • Coordinate product sample orders for influencer and campaign use

  • Assist with photo shoot planning, including schedules and coordination

  • Manage calendars, timelines, and administrative tasks to support team workflows

Desired Candidate Profile

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client s time zone.

As they continue to expand, they are building a collaborative, fast-paced marketing team that supports cross-brand growth and execution.

Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3 4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a DTC environment

  • At least 2 years of hands-on email marketing experience

  • Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or communications preferred

  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams

Skills

  • Strong copywriting and visual design skills

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop

  • Strong experience with Klaviyo, including campaign execution, segmentation, and automation

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting

  • Understanding of email marketing best practices, lifecycle marketing, and deliverability

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, influencer tools)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize strategy

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
