Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordination Across Teams:

  • Liaise between design, content, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Follow up on the implementation of marketing plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate efforts with the sales team to align campaigns with sales targets.
  • Support the customer service team by providing marketing materials and prepared responses for clients.

Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in the implementation of both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and exhibitions.

Content and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze campaign results.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and marketing activities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement and conversion rates, providing recommendations for improvement.

Marketing Data Management:

  • Update customer and marketing databases.
  • Organize promotional materials, catalogs, and brochures.

Vendor and Partner Coordination:

  • Communicate with advertising, printing, and other external suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Digital Marketing Support:

  • Assist in managing social media accounts (depending on company needs).
  • Monitor comments and initial messages, and redirect them to relevant departments.
  • Support in creating and scheduling social media posts and digital campaigns.

Customer Inquiries:

  • In some cases, handle initial customer inquiries and forward them to the appropriate team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience :

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in marketing or an administrative/coordinating role.
  • (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)

In Similar Field:

  • 1 year (preferably B2B experience).

Bachelor's degree :

  • In Marketing, Business Administration , Public Relations , Media & CommunicationsOr any related commercial or marketing field

Training courses or certifications in:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Advertising tools such as Google Ads or Meta Ads
  • CRM systems or campaign management tools
  • Marketing data analysis
  • Proficiency in English is required.
