Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between Zewail City and its external marketing agency(ies), ensuring clear communication, timely execution of campaigns, and alignment with the institution s strategic marketing goals. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage and coordinate projects across various teams, including content creation, design, events, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between Zewail City s marketing/communications team and external marketing agency(ies).
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events such as open days, graduation ceremonies, and educational fairs.
  • Facilitate content development by liaising with designers, videographers, photographers, and copywriters.
  • Monitor and track the progress of ongoing marketing projects and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and communicate it effectively to external partners.
  • Ensure consistent application of Zewail City s brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
  • Support social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and compiling performance reports.
  • Maintain a well-organized archive of marketing assets, approvals, and campaign reports for reference and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and event management processes.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
