Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Content & Communications: Write and edit content for social media (e.g., LinkedIn), press releases, project case studies, and corporate newsletters.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and update the company's website and social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement. Track performance using analytics.
  • Proposal Support: Collaborate with the Business Development team to create and format professional proposals and tender submissions.
  • Public Relations: Draft press releases and assist with company participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the UAE market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
