Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our Data department, working closely with the Marketing team to build and maintain marketing data infrastructure, ensure accurate attribution across platforms, and deliver insights that drive smarter acquisition and retention decisions. This role bridges technical data expertise and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain marketing datasets in BigQuery (spend, conversions, ROI/ROAS, attribution)
  • Consolidate and reconcile data from Google Ads, Meta, ASA, Adjust, GA4, and backend systems
  • Configure and validate marketing events and attribution setups in GA4, GTM, and Adjust
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards in Tableau for campaign and ROI tracking
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance from paid campaigns
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports for Marketing and Product teams, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights

Requirements

  • SQL (BigQuery) skills joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and Adjust (setup, validation, troubleshooting)
  • Practical knowledge of BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau) for reporting and visualization
  • Good understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, conversion rates)
  • Hands-on experience in data reconciliation and ensuring accuracy across multiple sources
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into data solutions and communicate insights clearly
  • Familiarity with Python (pandas) or ETL tools (dbt, Dataform, Airbyte) optional
