Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Design advertising creatives (static graphics, animated assets, etc.) for retail campaigns in Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to social media ads, banners, native ads, splash screens, EDMs, etc.
2.Localize and adapt visual content to align with brand tone and local cultural nuances across different markets.
3.Work closely with marketing operations, performance, and analytics teams to understand business goals and conversion objectives, driving improvements in CTR, CVR, and overall ROI.
4.Regularly optimize creative direction, contribute to A/B testing ideation and post-campaign reviews.
5.Stay updated on advertising specs and platform guidelines across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LINE, Snapchat, and international versions of TikTok, ensuring compliance and quality.
6.Build and maintain template systems and scalable design asset libraries to boost collaboration and production efficiency. 1.Hands-on exposure to emerging markets like the Middle East (e.g., Saudi Arabia) and Brazil.
2.Close collaboration with a professional team across performance marketing, strategy, and creative content, accelerating your commercial understanding.

Desired Candidate Profile

1.3+ years of experience in performance marketing or creative production; background in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or supermarket industries is preferred.
2.Familiarity with visual trends and consumer preferences in Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian markets; multilingual/multicultural design experience is a plus.
3.Proficient in Ps, Ai; experience with AIGC tools, and motion design software is a strong advantage.
4.Strong data sensitivity, able to understand performance metrics and optimize creatives accordingly.
5.Able to work quickly and under pressure, with the ability to independently produce daily creative deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
6.Exceptional artistic sensibility and commercial design, with the ability to balance visual appeal and conversion performance.
