Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for the company across all entertainment projects and platforms.
• Oversee branding, content creation, social media, public relations, and digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, events, creative, management) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage marketing campaigns, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Lead market research initiatives to understand audience trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain partnerships with media, influencers, agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor the marketing team to ensure high-quality execution and creativity.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing; experience in entertainment, media, events, or creative industries is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
• Creative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic (French is a plus).
