Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with business and event objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, including specialists in digital marketing, content, creative design, and video production.
Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for all marketing activities.
Manage and allocate the annual marketing budget effectively across campaigns and channels.
Work closely with the CEO and Event Directors to ensure marketing strategies support commercial targets and brand positioning.
2. Brand Management & PositioningStrengthen and maintain the corporate brand identity across all platforms and events.
Oversee the creation and implementation of visual and messaging guidelines.
Ensure consistency in tone, image, and brand voice across all communications.
Identify and manage co-branding or sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand exposure.
3. Campaign ManagementOversee 360 marketing campaigns for each exhibition or conference, including digital, print, PR, and influencer outreach.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new events or products.
Review and approve marketing materials, creative assets, and promotional content.
Ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI and meet lead generation or attendance targets.
4. Digital Marketing & Media StrategySupervise all digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads.
Oversee social media strategy and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with media partners, agencies, and press to maximize coverage and audience engagement.
Evaluate performance analytics and optimize digital campaigns for higher reach and conversion.
5. Partnerships, PR & CommunicationsBuild and maintain relationships with media outlets, PR agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
Oversee press releases, interviews, and media coverage for exhibitions and conferences.
Develop partnerships and collaborations that enhance the company s brand visibility regionally and internationally.
Represent the company in media events and marketing-related meetings when required.
6. Market Research & AnalysisConduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitive trends.
Analyze campaign performance, visitor data, and market feedback to refine future strategies.
Provide insights and reports to senior management on marketing performance and event impact.
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 5 years in a leadership role ideally within exhibitions, conferences, events, or media industries.
Language: Excellent English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
- Experience managing creative teams, agencies, and production partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
Personal Competencies:
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, data-oriented, and creative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
