Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring measurable ROI on all campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns, driving traffic and engagement across platforms.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to optimize campaign performance while ensuring fiscal responsibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred for strategic insight.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within a relevant industry.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing with certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to demonstrate technical proficiency.
  • Experience within the technology or consumer goods sectors is preferred, showcasing an understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
