Roles & Responsibilities
???? Core Purpose
To develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that strengthens brand equity, drives lead generation, supports sales efforts, and positions Leader Systems as a leader in technology and consultation especially within the government and B2B domains.
???? Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and evolve the brand identity of Leader Systems (and all sub-brands).
Ensure consistent branding across all digital and offline channels.
Coordinate brand architecture for multiple verticals (municipal, health, education, SMB).
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
Design and run integrated marketing campaigns for awareness, product launches, and lead generation.
Plan annual and quarterly marketing calendars aligned with sales cycles and product/service launches.
3. Content & Media Development
Oversee creation of high-quality content including brochures, decks, short videos, case studies, and social media material.
Work closely with the Media Lab or creative teams to ensure content aligns with company tone and target audience.
4. Market Intelligence
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client segmentation to inform strategy.
Provide data-driven insights to help vertical directors and sales teams better understand industry needs.
5. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Work with Sales to define ideal customer profiles and campaigns that convert.
Monitor and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to qualified leads.
6. Event & Partnership Marketing
Manage participation in industry expos, government forums, investment events, etc.
Develop co-marketing initiatives with key technology and government partners.
7. Digital Marketing
Lead SEO/SEM, social media, paid advertising, and website content management.
Drive digital presence for platforms like Jihazi.com, Lectronic.com, and others (when relevant).
8. KPI Tracking & Reporting
Track marketing performance (leads, cost per lead, engagement, conversion).
Report monthly and quarterly results to executive leadership.
9. Support Localization & Industry Customization
Customize messaging and materials for each industry sector (Municipal, Health, etc.)
Coordinate with industry directors to prepare localized marketing kits.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 10 year of experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and market research.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate remote teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
