Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business & Revenue Ownership

  • Full accountability for Revenue, ARPU, Gross Adds, Net Adds, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)
  • Drive profitable growth across prepaid, postpaid, VAS, and digital services
  • Own market share growth strategy across segments (mass, youth, enterprise, digital-first users)

Marketing Strategy & Transformation

  • Define and execute annual and 3-year marketing strategy roadmap aligned with corporate vision
  • Lead digital transformation of marketing (app growth, CVM, automation, AI-led personalization)
  • Build segment-led and data-driven go-to-market strategies
  • Develop competitive positioning and differentiated value propositions
  • Product, Pricing & CVM Leadership
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle:
  • Product development
  • Pricing strategy
  • Campaign management
  • Customer experience & retention
  • Drive AI-powered CVM programs to improve:
  • Conversion rates
  • Churn reduction
  • ARPU uplift
  • Ensure strong funnel management (Acquisition Usage Retention Upsell)

Go-To-Market & Execution Excellence

  • Lead all product launches and campaigns with clear SLAs across:
    - Sales
    - Technology
    - Finance
    - Ensure flawless execution across channels (Retail, Digital, Indirect)
    - Drive speed-to-market and agility in responding to competition

Organization & Capability Building

  • Build and lead a high-performance marketing organization
  • Develop capabilities in:
    - Data analytics
    - Digital marketing
    - Customer lifecycle management
    - Coach and develop leadership pipeline within marketing

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Sales execution & distribution alignment
  • Technology product feasibility & launch readiness
  • Finance business cases & ROI governance
  • Ensure alignment between strategy and execution across functions

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards covering:
  • Revenue (Total & Segment-wise)
  • ARPU (Blended & Segment)
  • Gross Adds / Net Adds
  • Churn & Retention rates
  • Data usage & monetization (GB/subscriber)
  • Digital channel contribution (%)
  • Campaign ROI & conversion rates
  • Deliver executive-level reporting to CMO/CEO/Board:
  • Business performance vs targets
  • Key insights and drivers
  • Risks & mitigation actions
  • Forward-looking outlook

KPI Governance Framework

  • Establish clear KPI hierarchy:
    - Company-level KPIs
    - Marketing KPIs
    - Team-level KPIs
  • Drive performance reviews and accountability cadence
  • Ensure real-time visibility of KPIs through dashboards
