Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Marketing Director will lead the development of annual and campaign-based marketing plans, oversee brand and content direction, guide digital and offline marketing activities, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and the group s broader strategic, commercial, and communication objectives. The role requires a strong blend of strategic planning, market intelligence, branding, campaign leadership, and performance management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing the corporate marketing strategy
- Supervising brand consistency across all channels and materials
- Planning and executing campaigns
- Overseeing website and social media direction
- Managing marketing content and promotional materials
- Coordinating with sector leads and business development teams
- Supporting events and institutional visibility initiatives
- Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing investments through clear performance metrics and reporting.
The role also includes responsibility for market positioning, audience segmentation, lead-supporting campaigns, marketing governance, and the development of high-quality communication assets that reflect EVARA s international and multidisciplinary character. The successful candidate should be able to translate business priorities into practical and measurable marketing programs that enhance reputation, reach, and commercial impact.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a master s degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage
10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, including leadership responsibility in corporate marketing, brand management, campaign development, and market positioning
Strong expertise in integrated marketing, including digital marketing, website content strategy, social media, marketing communications, and campaigns that support business development and growth
