Role Summary

The role is hands-on, with core responsibilities focused on planning, writing, and executing high-performing email campaigns using modern CRM and marketing automation tools. The right candidate has strong content instincts, detail orientation, and a bias for action.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns: newsletters, announcements, onboarding flows
• Write persuasive, structured, and high-performing email copy with clear CTAs
• Review and improve email content based on performance data and best practices
• Manage and maintain contact lists, segments, tags, and pipelines in a CRM system
• Build and maintain simple automations (drip sequences, autoresponders, lead nurturing flows)
• Keep CRM data accurate and follow campaign documentation and QA workflows
• Draft content for social media posts aligned with brand tone and digital campaigns
• Support other marketing tasks as needed across email, CRM, and digital channels
• Learn and apply logic-driven marketing workflows and basic campaign analytics

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience or coursework in email marketing this is a non-negotiable requirement
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write and critique high-converting email content
• Clear understanding of email structure, subject lines, CTAs, and user intent
• Excellent written English and attention to detail in spelling, grammar, and formatting
• Highly comfortable using CRM, email marketing, and SaaS platforms (GoHighLevel, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time, and meet tight deadlines
• Exposure to or interest in automation, campaign segmentation, and performance tracking
• Preferred Tools/Experience (Bonus Points)
• Knowledge of segmentation logic, CRM workflows, or automation triggers
• Previous internships or projects in digital marketing, growth marketing, or content marketing
