Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and grow company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Create and publish real estate–focused content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
Handle daily inquiries and leads generated through social platforms
Coordinate with Sales & Listing teams to promote available properties
Monitor engagement, insights, and performance analytics
Content & Branding
Develop property listings content (captions, visuals, videos)
Plan and execute monthly content calendars
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Work with photographers, videographers, and designers when required
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads for real estate listings
Generate qualified buyer and investor leads in Abu Dhabi
Manage advertising budgets and performance reports
Retarget potential clients and follow up with CRM teams
Market Knowledge & Strategy
Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate communities, developers, and regulations
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Support project launches, open houses, and campaigns
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate marketing
Must have worked in Abu Dhabi real estate market
Proven experience managing social media for real estate companies
Strong knowledge of lead generation for property sales
Excellent English
Strong design sense and copywriting skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
❗ Candidates without real estate experience in Abu Dhabi will NOT be considered.
