Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reception Duties

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.

  • Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and community outreach events.

  • Create and post engaging content on social media platforms

  • Help design promotional materials.

  • Conduct basic market research to identify community health trends and patient interests.

  • Track and report on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or marketing roles (healthcare experience is a plus).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic social media management tools

  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
