Marketing Executive (Women s Wear)

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing materials (social media posts, banners, ads, etc.)
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand identity
• Coordinate with designers and vendors when needed
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity (stay ahead, not behind)
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
• Strong creativity and ability to produce visual and written content
• Experience managing social media platforms professionally
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
• Good understanding of branding and audience engagement
• Experience in women s wear/fashion industry is preferred
• Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
