Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities related to Marketing Executive role:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the Hotel marketing toolkit, ensuring it reflects the latest branding updates and refinements while staying aligned with the Andaz Doha brand and each outlet s unique identity.

  • Support the marketing department in implementing hotel marketing strategies (across F&B, Rooms & Spa) that are consistent with the Andaz Doha brand and tailored to each outlet.

  • Coordinate hotel (across F&B, Rooms & Spa) marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Manage updates and maintenance of all digital and print collateral, including menus, promotional materials, signage, and giveaways, ensuring consistent brand presentation

  • Oversee the marketing shared drive and content library, organizing all necessary files such as high-quality content, updated menus, monthly listings, and promotional assets to ensure easy access and brand consistency.

  • Collaborate closely with the Outlet Managers (across F&B, Rooms & Spa) to maintain and execute a comprehensive promotional calendar.

  • Act as the on-site marketing liaison for all outlets, providing support and coordination as needed. Characteristics.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 2 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, ideally within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, and F&B.
  • English, Arabic fluency preferred
  • Skills & Tools
  • Proficient in content creation & editing (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Lightroom)
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual design sensibility
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
  • Basic photography/videography knowledge, including lighting and sound design
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English when required) and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven strategy optimization

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

2 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, ideally within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, and F&B.
