Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Retail & Tactical Campaigns

  • Plan and execute quarterly retail tactical campaigns aligned with sales targets and business objectives.

  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign rollouts across digital platforms, CRM, POS, outdoor media, and showroom touchpoints.

  • Ensure timely execution, operational efficiency, and consistency across all retail channels.

Brand Campaign Execution & Governance

  • Execute in-market brand campaigns in line with approved strategy, brand guidelines, and communication frameworks.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all retail marketing materials and communications.

  • Coordinate cross-functional approvals and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.

CRM Campaigns

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns including SMS, EDM, and push notifications to support marketing objectives.

  • Drive lead nurturing, customer reactivation, and conversion initiatives through targeted communication.

  • Collaborate with performance marketing and digital teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

POS & Outdoor Support

  • Manage dealer-level POS requirements for retail campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations.

  • Coordinate outdoor media executions to support retail sales and brand visibility objectives.

  • Ensure accurate messaging, timely deployment, and adherence to brand compliance standards.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Strong understanding of retail marketing and CRM strategies.

  • High attention to detail and execution discipline.

  • Ability to coordinate successfully with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective campaign management and stakeholder engagement.


What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or automotive marketing.

  • Degree in communication or a related marketing field.

  • Strong understanding of tactical campaign execution and CRM operations.

  • Experience coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders.
