Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for exhibitions and conferences.
- Drive audience acquisition strategies targeting exhibitors, visitors, delegates, sponsors, and media.
- Collaborate with sales, content, operations, and design teams to align marketing plans with event objectives and commercial targets.
- Create and manage promotional content across digital platforms (email marketing, social media, websites) and offline channels.
- Work with industry partners, associations, and media partners to enhance reach and visibility.
- Manage campaign timelines, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets and activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as registrations, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
- Support database management, segmentation, and lead generation initiatives.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, audience insights, and positioning opportunities.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors where required.
- Support on-site marketing execution during events, including branding, attendee engagement, and promotional activities.
- Manage marketing activities across multiple exhibitions, typically focusing on two events, or one for large-scale mega exhibitions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in exhibition/event marketing within a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of exhibition audience acquisition and funnel management
- Experience with digital marketing channels (email campaigns, social media, paid media, CRM systems)
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and content development skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2-5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on exhibitions, trade shows, or large-scale B2B events
- Hands-on experience in campaign execution for exhibitions is highly desirable
- Familiarity with event marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems
