· Prepare and maintain weekly stock/ expiry/ aging reports of all brands by market.

· Assist, prepare annual marketing budget forecast and planning in line with dept. needs & trends.

· Consolidate all trade Marketing and customer engagement promotional events, sales data, A&P spent reports.

· Liaise and briefing advertising agency for all creatives works, including development of collaterals, In-store display stands etc.

· Maintaining a library for all the artworks for ready reference.

· Generating LPOs and maintaining a record of A&P spends.

· Coordinating with the distributor’s trade team across the various markets in terms consumer promotion orders, POS requirements and others upon request & coordinate post implementation evaluation of various related activities.

· Cross functional coordinating with various departments (Finance and Operations / Logistics departments).

· Coordinating with agencies (creative, social media, PR, and research) starting from the job briefing stage until job delivery and post implementation evaluation.

· Managing local suppliers from briefing stage through delivery.

· Assist Brand managers in the department on various jobs as and when needed.
