Marketing Executive (Offline Marketing)

• Assist the Events Manager in planning, organizing, and executing offline marketing activities, including events, exhibitions, product launches, sponsored events, and roadshows, ensuring timely and effective delivery. • Support the development and execution of retail and ground-level marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. • Provide administrative and operations support for marketing initiatives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, logistics, and preparation of marketing materials. • Support integrated marketing strategies across offline, digital, print, and social media channels, with a strong focus on on-ground activations. • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure smooth execution of events and marketing activities. • Oversee on-site execution of marketing initiatives to ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are consistently maintained. • Prepare post-event and post-campaign reports, including performance analysis, PR coverage, feedback, and recommendations. • Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to deliver cohesive and impactful eent and offline marketing campaigns.
