Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate project lifecycles, from inception to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, using project management methodologies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving high performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering).
- Hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the [Industry] industry.
- Show a strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
