Vendor management – Supplier Onboarding & Production and Delivery Co ordinations with the chosen supplier keeping in mind the quality is maintained.

Coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders – A team with who needs to have good relations with internal stakeholders (Store Managers, Cluster Managers, Product Managers, Warehouse Team etc ) & External stakeholders ( Production partners, Delivery partners etc)

Timely Executions – Retail campaigns are of time essence and need to adhere to timely execution and ensure from production to delivery tracking is in control.

Expense Tracking – Approved Budget documents are managed and all elements are within the given budgets. Ensure to give timely LPO, Ensure invoices are received on time with proof of executions and submit the Payment Request to finance and clear the supplier invoices on time in coordination with finance and purchase department. Monthly reports are a must.

Negotiation – Excellent supplier negotiation skills and supplier relationship to ensure the company get the best rate and service from the supplier.

Monthly Reports– Campaign Execution Presentation ( Co-ordinate with all Stores & Other marketing departments to collect and share the presentation with photos of the list of activities. Also share marketing expense details Budget Vs Actual.

Need to work with PRO to ensure permits for the campaigns and taken care for UAE region.

One Point of contact for all POSM & Store Request - Handle all store request for productions, share the required creatives with Creative team and release for production to complete the request.

POSM & Catalogue Inventory management – Handle all retail POSM in coordination with warehouse team where the stocks are maintained.

Consistently work to reduce the costs by finding new suppliers to manage the budgets.

Work with graphics team to timely execute approved creatives for each retail store.

Consistently work to improve the standard of printing material etc.
