Role Overview:

This role involves helping manage content, strategy and engagement across multiple social media channels with a particular focus on TikTok. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills to tailor content specifically for each platform while bringing innovative concepts to life. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage and schedule content effectively while collaborating across various departments to produce the content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms, focusing primarily on TikTok.
  • Craft, schedule, and publish compelling content that engages and grows our audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall business strategies.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to guide improvements and strategic shifts.
  • Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains relevant and innovative.
  • Develop unique, platform-specific campaigns that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Interact with followers and engage with audiences in a responsive and authentic manner

Requirements:

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, with a particular emphasis on TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools.

Experience

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a social media role, preferably focusing on TikTok.
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across multiple social media platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cohesive content strategies.

Training & Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of social media best practices and current trends.
  • Capable of using creative software and tools to generate engaging content.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to drive content decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
