Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities within the UAE market
  • Support brand awareness initiatives, events, promotions, and partnerships
  • Prepare marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and promotional content
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with company branding guidelines and local regulations
  • Demonstrate professionalism, creativity, and cultural awareness in all marketing activities
  • Maintain organized marketing records, reports, and documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must be an Emirati with family book

  • Must be a graduate of Marketing degree or any relative degree

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English

  • Good organizational and creative abilities

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

  • Passion for exceeding targets

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Applicant must already be based in Dubai or be willing to travel onsite to Dubai as required.
