Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media and digital channels.
- Grow and engage online communities while monitoring performance and insights.
- Develop high-quality written content for blogs, websites, emails, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
- Write persuasive, on-brand copy aligned with Amanleeku2019s tone and objectives.
- Plan and execute SEO-optimized content (blogs, landing pages, website updates) to improve organic visibility.
- Track content and campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Create conversion-focused content to attract, nurture, and qualify leads in collaboration with the sales team.
- Build and manage automated nurturing campaigns across email, CRM, and remarketing channels.
- Segment audiences and optimize messaging to improve engagement and conversion.
- Produce and support short-form video content for employer branding, HR, and awareness initiatives.
- Develop B2B marketing materials, presentations, and thought leadership content targeting corporate clients.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content and communication channels.
- Support planning and execution of events, webinars, HR sessions, and corporate activations.
- Coordinate production of printed materials and manage vendors to ensure quality and brand compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bacheloru2019s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1u20133 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools.
- Experience with CRM or email automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe suite) and video editing tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
