Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Planning, implementing, and coordinating marketing campaigns (email, social media, events) to increase brand awareness.
Digital & Content Marketing: Managing social media channels, updating websites, and creating, editing, and proofreading content (blogs, flyers, newsletters).
Research & Analysis: Monitoring competitor activity, analyzing market trends, and utilizing data to assess campaign effectiveness.
Coordination & Collaboration: Working with designers, printers, and sales teams to produce promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.
Administrative Duties: Managing marketing budgets, updating databases, and preparing reports on campaign performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from a reputable university.
2 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
Previous experience in a corporate or B2B environment is preferred.
Hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events and expos.
Ability to manage end-to-end event activities (vendors, timelines, logistics, internal coordination).
Experience supporting marketing campaigns linked to events and exhibitions.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to prepare basic marketing content such as event briefs, emails, and presentations.
Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines, especially during event periods.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Understanding of basic marketing principles and brand positioning.
Experience working with marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, giveaways).
Familiarity with coordinating social media or post-event reporting is a plus.
Proactive and hands-on mindset.
Strong teamwork and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Experience with CRM or lead tracking from events.
Basic reporting or post-event analysis experience is a plus.
Exposure to digital marketing and performance marketing.
